"Received a voucher for a custom controller..."
I was given a gift card to snag a custom controller, and I was over the moon since I’ve been wanting one for a long time. I chose a Game of Thrones design and needed some guidance on how to use my gift card because I tend to get a bit anxious. They walked me through the process and helped me place my order, and I’m super pleased with it!

I got my controller roughly a year back, and the quality is just amazing—way better than I thought it would be. Sadly, it broke because my nephew was a bit rough with it. I coordinated with James from customer service to have it returned for repairs. The service was excellent—super polite and quick! The repair cost was fair, and they sent it back to me within a week, even during the holiday season! This company is fantastic, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone.

My customized dualsense showed up yesterday and wow, it really impressed me. It's a real looker and has been modded beautifully. Mapping the paddles is a breeze and they're comfy to handle. The customer support is top-notch, with all my queries addressed quickly. I’d definitely suggest this to anyone; it’s a solid option compared to the dualsense edge, which costs a fortune and is way outta my budget. Kudos to the team and much appreciated! 👍

The controllers are fantastic, and the support is top-notch! I had a bit of a hassle with an issue for about a week, and after sending around 10 emails, they were super helpful and we finally sorted it out. Five stars all the way!!!
